How Do I Use eOrder?

It's simple:

  1. Browse the restaurant list and decide which restaurant you want to order from
  2. Login using the credentials provided for you
  3. Set your lunch time - please leave at least an hour between your order and your lunch time so we can have it ready for you
  4. Add a guest (so we know who the food needs to go to)
  5. Decide what you want to eat
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each guest in your session
  7. Review your order in the cart
  8. Checkout

Once you are done, we will receive your order and make sure it is ready for you.

How Do I Get My Login Credentials?

To get your login credentials, please email Heather Hanley. If this is your first session with us, we will generate credentials and email them to you.

What If I Change My Mind on Restaurants?

You can change your restaurant at any time during the eOrder process up until checkout. To change restaurants, click on the 'Restaurant List' located below Cart and Add Guest. Please note, navigating to a new restaurant page will empty your cart and log you out.

Can I Use Multiple Restaurants?

Generally, we ask that clients order from one restaurant per session, however, you can order from more than one. To do this, simply submit an order from each restaurant seperately and we will make sure to submit both orders for you.
